Java.lang.NullPointerException at Org.apache.jsp.**_jsp.jspinit (**_jsp.java) Tomcat Boot exception workaround

Another problem encountered today is that when you start Tomcat, the java.lang.NullPointerException at Org.apache.jsp.**_jsp.jspinit (Index_jsp.java) exception, Because I just configured the server, thinking that the JSP page has a problem, but wrote an empty JSP page is still, later only to know that the jar package conflict caused, I put the Jsp-api.jar jar in the Lib directory of Tomcat, and the project initially also has a jar package, Method creates a conflict. The solution is to delete the corresponding jar package below the Web-inf/lib in the project!
