JavaScript-Is there a way to get HTML5 canvas to show/preview Word/excel/powerpoint documents?

Currently want to achieve similar Baidu Library online document preview, but they are generally used flash, and HTML5 canvas can in most cases replace flash, then there is no way to let canvas display/preview Office documents?
If Flash is not used, the only way to do this is to convert it to PDF using Openoffice/libreoffice or Online services (such as a document conversion service provided by a third party within seven cows) and then preview it online using Mozilla's pdf.js.
