JavaScript-mouse events separated into JS after the failure, in the label on the line

I use JS traversal dl tag, and give each DL tag mouse event onmouseover, onmouseout. But it fails, and the event is added to the label to be credible. My JS code should be correct. What's going on, has been imported JS. What's wrong? Thank you AH ~
