Static is OK! jekyllthe static blogging system is very well supported markdown . or Wordpress it can.

Why not Typecho it? It's pretty lightweight, but it doesn't seem to be updating now. My blog http://www.misitang.com is built with Typecho.
Typecho The main problem is that its markdown have big problems, not good, I used their own markdown grammar parsing function, fast, beautiful style. We are interested to discuss it.
