This involves the issue of browsers. if you are targeting that browser, if IE uses ActiveX, firefox and chrome to use their respective plug-ins, I don't know if the vendor of the card reader you are using has developed these plug-ins. if not, you can only develop them on your own. In fact, the client browser uses the plug-in to read the information obtained by the card reader and then sends it to the server through a layer conversion.
