Description of unsigned right-shift operators in JavaScript
The >>> operator shifts the individual bits of the expression1 to the right expression2 the specified number of digits. The left vacated bits are padded with zero after the right shift. Remove the right side of the bit is discarded. For example:
var temp
temp = -14 >>> 2

Variable temp has a value of-14 (that is, binary 11111111 11111111 11111111 11110010), and two digits to the right is equal to 1073741820 (that is, the binary 00111111 11111111 11111111 11111100 )。
