Add the Jsp-api.jar and Servlet-api.jar packages to your project, both of which come from the Tomcat Libs directory, but there is a problem that the two jars will be packaged when the project is packaged and released, and Tomcat may fail to start when released into Tomcat, while Your jar package may be inconsistent with the jar version in Tomcat, and so on.

Workaround: Right click on your project--properties select Targeted runtimes, select your running environment, I choose Apache Tomcat v7.0,apply--ok.
