The Spring boot project that was developed using idea is packaged locally, but it is not possible to read the variables in the configuration file with the Jenkins package run prompt, and open the jar package discovery without a configuration file. The workaround is to add the following configuration to the Pom

<build>    <resources>      <resource>        <directory>src/main/resources</directory >      </resource>    </resources>  </build>
