JQuery uncaught typeerror:cannot Read property param

Uncaught typeerror:cannot Read property ' param ' of NULL

When viewing the source code, it is found that the following function can cause problems when the select does not add any events:

Datarules:function (Element) {
var method, value,
Rules = {}, $element = $ (element);
For (method in $.validator.methods) {
Value = $element. Data ("rule-" + method.tolowercase ());
if (value!== undefined) {
Rules[method] = value;
}
}
return rules;
}

The value in the For loop, sometimes undefined, is sometimes null, so modify it to:
if (value!== undefined && value!== null)
