JS page back to the page and refresh the problem __js

At first I want to use the following two lines of code on the line:

History.go ( -2);
Location.reload ();

As it turns out, the page will always refresh because the first code returns to the previous page, but the second code does refresh the original page.

The final solution is to not allow the browser to store Web page information so that the page will automatically reload when it returns.

        Response.Cache.SetExpires (DateTime.UtcNow.AddMinutes ( -1));
        Response.Cache.SetCacheability (Httpcacheability.nocache);
        Response.Cache.SetNoStore ();
