JS generates a random number function

Function:

Call:

Alert (Rndnum (5));

will produce a 5-bit random number, for example: 53206

JS itself provides a way to generate random numbers

The random () method can return a random number between 0 and 1.

This does not meet our needs, so write the above function

Output: 0.9635477642483878
