JSF comparisons in Eclipse and NetBeans applications

Installation aspects

It's easy to install NetBeans. You can choose from basic (Basic), Standard (Standard), complete (full) Three versions of any one download installation. After the successful installation of NetBeans and GlassFish, we are ready to build our first JSF project.

Installing eclipse is easier, and downloading the Eclipse IDE for Java EE developers package to Sun's Web site. (The first time I downloaded it was "Eclipse IDE for Java developers", and hopefully there will be JSF options, so that I don't find what I want in the plugin manager, and nothing else is useful to me.) )

After you install Eclipse, follow the installation Wizard on the GlassFish Web site, and I'll install the GlassFish. Unfortunately, you are not yet fully using JSF. You have to install a JSF library. Just download Javaee.jar and Jsf-impl.jar two packages. The following illustration shows:

Has the GlassFish been successful? The answer is no, you also need to change Eclipse's boot configuration to get more memory, otherwise you will receive the following error message frequently:

Add JSF page

You might think it's easy to add a JSF page, not as difficult as writing an article, but to find the "pages" tab in the project and click "Add JSF Page". Unfortunately, in eclipse, you should add a JSP page first. The following figure:
