JSP web page problems in multi-language versions

Source: Internet
Author: User
When Using JSP in multiple languages (Chinese, Japanese, and English supported), I use editplus
<% @ Page contenttype = "text/html; charset = gb2312" %>
Replace
<% @ Page contenttype = "text/html; charset = UTF-8" %>
Then an error is reported during running:
Java. Io. charconversionexception: Illegal utf8 Encoding
At first I thought the UTF-8 was written as a utf8 error, checked, found all right,
Later I remembered that when editplus saves any text, the default encoding is ANSI.
I open the file and save again, select UTF-8 encoding, save, solved the problem successfully.
Of course, when you open IE, you also need to choose encoding for UTF-8.
