1. Top find the target process, write down the PID

2. Top–p PID and open threading mode with shift+h
This allows you to see which thread is consuming a lot of CPU in this process.
Write down Threadid,tid.

3. Jstack view the thread's real-time stack condition
Jstack [Process]|grep-a 10 [thread 16]
For example, Jstack 21125|grep-a 52f1
