3. after installing ODAC, it is actually just a connection tool, PDO. NET may be spelled wrong. I always thought it was the CLIENT. I saw it today. No, but you don't have a CLIENT. Without a CLIENT, you don't have a NET MANAGER, and you won't be able to configure it, if you used the CLIENT Version 10, you do not need to upgrade it if you used EF all.
