First download the wininet.rar file in the attachment, decompress it, obtain wininet. dll, and place it in the USB flash drive. Then perform the following operations:
1. Press CTRL + ALT + DEL to call up the resource manager and select "file"-"New Task"-"Browse"
2. You can copy and paste the file in this browser window. Right-click wininet. dll and choose Copy.
3. Go to the c: \ windows \ system32 directory and paste the copied file.
Solve the problem after restarting the computer!
