Keep the original data as much as possible and establish a UEFI and BIOS dual-boot PE USB flash drive
1, make sure that the USB drive or the mobile hard disk has a FAT32 partition, if there is no FAT32 partition, use the AO Mei Partition helper or ppm to convert an existing partition to FAT32 partition 0x0c, or create a new FAT32 partition, Then extract the UEFI-enabled Win8pe.iso to the partition.
2, use Bootice to write the USB drive or the mobile hard disk MBR grub4dos0.4.5c, and then copy the grldr,grldr.mbr,menu.lst to the root directory, the directory structure is as follows:
├─boot\ (Legacy BIOS boot)
│├─bootice\ (storage Bootice tools)
│├─fbinsttool\ (storage Fbinsttool tools)
│├─imgs\ (storage PE ISO image file, various software img image files)
│├─grub\ (grldr.*, menu.lst Backup, batch processing will automatically copy the backup to the root directory, but also store the SRATLF run module and network boot server tftpd32.*)
│└─pxelinux.cfg\ (Store pxelinux default menu defaults)
├─efi\ (UEFI boot)
│├─boot\ (required)
││bootx64.efi (computer default boot, can have any valid EFI rename, such as Bootmgfw.efi,cloverx64.efi, etc.)
││BCD (required)
││bootmgfw.efi (must, for/efi/boot/bootx64.efi use the Bootmgfw.efi rename, then this can also be deleted)
│├─fonts\ (optional)
│└─zh-cn\ (optional)

Menu.lst Example:
Color White/blue blue/yellow Light-red/blue 10
Foreground FFFFFF
Background 0000AD
Timeout 2
Default 0

3. Boot into UEFI settings, turn on CSM (Compatibility module support), Start device Control Select "Uefi with Legacy BIOS", Boot from storage device Select "Both, external add firmware first", HDD BBS properties Enter, select USB or mobile hard drive.
4, plug in the USB drive or mobile hard disk, restart the computer, from the USB drive or mobile hard disk boot. If you want to change a PE, delete the original folder, the new Pe.iso decompression to the FAT32 partition, do not destroy the USB drive or other partition data. If you choose to write with UltraISO, it will damage the USB drive or the data on the hard disk.
Note: If you only want to make UEFI boot USB, the 2nd step can be omitted, and the 3rd step uefi settings from the storage device boot select "both, Uefi first".
