I went to HuiChuan for an interview today. The interviewer's speech benefited me a lot. When looking for a job, you must look at three circles:
In the first lap, you have your own abilities and strengths.
Second Circle, your own wishes
Third Circle, external environment, positions that the company can provide!
If these three circles overlap, this job is undoubtedly a satisfactory job! If there is no intersection, it depends on your willingness to give up your strengths and transfer to other fields.
We personally position ourselves in these three circles. Don't forget that the interviewer is also setting us in these three circles to see if there is an intersection! For example, if the interviewer asks you a question after introducing his/her own department, you may be looking at your own wishes in the second round. If you cannot raise any questions, the other party may feel that you are not too keen to enter their company. Therefore, before the interview, you must consult the materials, do your homework, and have a certain understanding of the company's products and your own job positioning, to ensure that you can come up with it, otherwise it will be easy to get passive! Even if your capabilities are too strong, you may lose hands.
