The cabling system of the IDC directly affects the functions of the future IDC. Generally, the cabling system requires that the cabling distance be as short and tidy as possible and arranged in an orderly manner, there are two methods: "field" and "well. The "field" is more suitable for the layout of the ring data center, and the "well" is more suitable for the layout of the vertical and horizontal data center. Its location can be arranged under the floor and ceiling, each with its own characteristics, which are discussed below:

1. Floor wiring: This is the most common wiring method. It makes full use of the space under the floor, but pay attention to water leakage, mouse damage and heat dissipation under the floor, it is also necessary to ensure that the corresponding threading holes, including floors and trough, are drilled under each cabinet ).

2. ceiling wiring: This wiring method is particularly suitable for data centers that frequently require wiring. Currently, it is also very popular. The ceiling includes various wiring power supplies and Weak Current Wiring, the corresponding threading holes, including the floor and trough, should be drilled at the top of each cabinet. Of course, water leakage, mouse damage and heat dissipation should also be paid attention.

The specific wiring content includes: Power wiring, weak current wiring, and ground wiring. Both the power wiring and Weak Current Wiring are placed in the metal wiring trough, the specific size of the metal cable slot can be determined based on the number of wires and the room for development is generally 100 × 50 or 50 × 50 ). The distance between the power supply trough and the weak current trough should be at least 5 cm, and cannot be crossed between them to prevent electromagnetic interference between them. When wiring, you should note that each cabinet and equipment has corresponding cables, future development needs should also be considered. Various cables should be bundled with nylon braided tapes in different categories.

C. grounding wiring: as the new machine room is equipped with high-performance computers and network communication equipment, it has strict requirements on Grounding. grounding also eliminates public impedance and prevents capacitive coupling interference, important measures to protect the safety of equipment and personnel and ensure the stable and reliable operation of computer systems. The copper strip for signal grounding should be arranged under the floor of the data room for various grounding needs in the data room. The copper strip will then be connected to the weak current signal Grounding System in the leased line.

1. If there are redundant cables between two terminals, cut the cables according to the required length instead of rolling them up and bundling them.

2. The distance between the arc-wound line segments at the connector of the cable should not exceed 2 cm. overlength may cause a large near-end crosstalk.

3. At the joint, the outer protective layer of the cable must be pressed inside the joint rather than outside the joint. 5. Because the outer diameter of the six types of cables is thicker than that of the average five types of cables, in order to avoid the winding of cables, especially at the elbow, you must pay attention to the fill degree of the diameter during pipeline design, generally, it is recommended that the pipe with an internal diameter of 20mm be placed with two cat6 cables.

1. All kinds of cables may not be replaced even if they are pre-embedded. You can do this.
