2. Engineers communicate with you online to learn more

After an engineer establishes a connection with a user, you can communicate with the engineer through text chat or voice.

3. If you need remote resolution, click "Remote Assistance" to apply for remote services.
When you need an engineer to take over your desktop, click the Remote Assistance button on the client. At this time, the engineer will send you a remote takeover request:

② Kingsoft remote service provides two types of privacy protection modes: standard protection and Custom Protection.

Note:
You can set important files or drive letters. protected files or drive letters are hidden. Engineers cannot view your protected information and you cannot view it yourself, in this case, files cannot be copied, copied, deleted, renamed, or cut. After the Kingsoft remote service is disabled, the protected files can be restored.

Note: When an engineer requests remote assistance, the system will prompt you to set privacy protection. If you want to skip this setting, click OK.
