Kubuntu 12.04/12.10/13.04/13.10 users upgrade KDE Desktop to 4.13

Kde SC 4.13 has been released for a while. KUbuntu 14.04 uses this new version by default. It is mainly about how to upgrade other Kubuntu versions to 4.13.

Install KDE 4.13

If you are using another Ubuntu version and install KDE, run the following command:

Sudo add-apt-repository ppa: kubuntu-ppa/backports
Sudo apt-get update
Sudo apt-get install kde-standard kubuntu-desktop

If you are using Kubuntu, execute the following upgrade command:

Sudo add-apt-repository ppa: kubuntu-ppa/backports
Sudo apt-get update
Sudo apt-get dist-upgrade
