I. Line connection

2. Sending a fax

3. Receive fax

1. Use a microphone to receive a fax:

When the other party calls you and receives the call from the microphone that comes with the machine, the other party will tell you to give you a fax signal, click Start on the machine panel.

2. Use a telephone extension to receive a fax:

When the other party calls you, if you are not on the machine side, but the machine connection extension is very close to you, and the extension will ring, you can connect to the other party's phone on the extension without going to the fax machine. Press the [*], [9], and [*] keys on the extension. The machine starts receiving documents.
