Apple recently discovered a new iOS 7 system vulnerability that bypasses the Password Input Interface and opens the software you recently used without knowing the password. This process takes only 5 seconds!
It has been tested that this vulnerability is not so serious and has limited harm.
First, two conditions must be met:
1. There are missed calls. 2. Applications are running when the screen is locked.
In addition, this vulnerability only allows you to gain excessive control over the most recent application.
Procedure:
1. enable any application and lock the screen. 2. Activate the device and access the Control Center. Then, enter the flight mode, pull down the notification center, and click missed calls.
System Requirements: systems before iOS 7.1.1
This vulnerability allows you to bypass the default password input interface. Currently, iOS 7.1.1 and earlier systems are affected.
