We know that Acunetix WVS can evaluate the security of websites. How can we perform batch scans? When testing WVS 8 BETA2, you found that WVS supports WEB management, which is very convenient.
Open Acunetix WVS and click New Scan. On the displayed page, you can see three options:
At the bottom of the list: If you want to scan a website list, use Acunetix to schedule tasks, access http: // localhost: 8181, and select "+ schedule new scan ":
There are three options: Basic options, Advanced options, Scan results and reports. The first one is Basic options. In Scan type, select Scan multiple websites to Scan multiple websites. The List of URLs below is the same as the URL you want to scan. Recursion Scan Frequency: once, every day, every week, and every month.
Then there are advanced options:
Scan attributes, such as default, blind injection, cross-site, and high-risk, can be configured according to your needs, or configured in advance in Acunetix WVS, which can be displayed here.
Here, the scan results and reports are displayed by default:
After configuration, submit the scan!
The scan progress and related information are displayed. Including domain name, scheduled time, status, progress, etc. You can also click scan history below to view scan history.
After the Scan progress bar reaches the rightmost, the scan is completed. You can download the scan report:
We can see that using Acunetix WVS for batch WEB scanning is very convenient and fast. After submission, you do not need to open a window to scan in the background, which saves host resources.
