Launch Tomcat error under eclipse

Enable the Tomcat times error.

There are many reasons for searching the internet for a long time.

None of mine belongs to the above question, so keep a record.

I originally project is normal operation, due to modify the resource file, so I stopped Tomcat, and then restart Tomcat when I reported the above error!!!

1:eclipse I clean up the project first, then close the project, then open the project and then Qidong Tomcat, the result is still not solved ...!!

2: Then I turn eclipse off and then open, and then do 1 of the operation is not done!!!

Who can give a point ah????
