Learn how to create a network cable

Differences between direct connection and twisted pair wires

Two standards for network cable connection:

TIA/EIA-568B: 1, white orange, 2, orange, 3, white green, 4, Blue, 5, white blue, 6, green, 7, white Brown, 8, brown
TIA/EIA-568A: 1, white green, 2, green, 3, white orange, 4, Blue, 5, white blue, 6, orange, 7, white Brown, 8, brown

If both ends of the network cable have the same wiring standard, it is a direct line; on the contrary, different wiring standards are adopted at both ends, it is a twisted pair cable.

Express connect is used to connect different devices (such as routers to computers );

Twisted Pair wires are mainly used for connection to the same device (for example, connection between a computer and a computer );

RJ45 is a type of different connectors (for example, ike11 is also a type of connectors, but it is used on the phone );

RJ45 headers are divided into two types based on different sorting methods: Orange, orange, green, blue, green, brown, and white; the other is green white, green, orange white, blue, blue white, orange, brown white, and brown;

Therefore, there are two kinds of Cables Using RJ45 connectors: Express connect and crossover.

Network cable creation steps:

1. Use scissors in the crimping tool to cut one end of the network cable (the same process is used to make the other end)
2. Use the wire stripping function in the crimping tool to exploit the outer skin of the network cable.

3. Dial the cables. select any of the above two connection methods based on the network cable type to be prepared.

(Note that the white-green line is the Green Line, and the blue line is the blue-white line... So when we cannot find the white-green lines, we need to find the green lines)

4. Arrange the line sequence and flatten it with the front end of the crimping tool.

5. In the arranged order, insert the bottom of the crystal head to the lower part.

(Note that if the crystal head has a card, you must go down)

6. At last, press the crystal head and use the corresponding gap of the crimping clamp to make it. You need to work hard to get in good contact.

(Note that the section of the crystal head with copper slices corresponds to the gap of the crimping tool)

7. perform a test to connect the network cable to the interface of the network cable tester.

If you are creating a straight line, two parallel 16 lights (1 pair, 2 pairs, 2 pairs, 3 pairs, 4 pairs, 5 pairs, 6 pairs, 7 pairs, 7 pairs, 8 pairs, and 8)

If a twisted pair is made, two parallel 16 lights (1 pair, 2 pairs, 6 pairs, 4 pairs, 5 pairs, 5 pairs, 6 pairs, 7 pairs, 7 pairs, 8 pairs, and 8)

(As long as any corresponding pair is not shining, the production fails)
