Iii. system settings
This part is because we want to use our own organizational architecture, so we use the EIK interface provided by Ultimus, encapsulate a DLL, and use personnel data in Ultimus BPM, therefore, you must register the DLL.
1. Start the corresponding service
Open start/all programs/Administrative Tools/services start the following services: Ultimus BPM Service, Ultimus FloStation, Ultimus Management Service, and set to automatic start.
2. Configure the organizational structure log
Open C:/UltimusCustomOCFiles, edit UlCustomOCConfig. xml, and fill in the connected database.
3. register the DLL of the Organizational Structure
Open start/run and Enter cmd to enter the command prompt line. Enter the command:
Cd c: "WINDOWS" Microsoft. NET "Framework" v2.0.50727 press ENTER
Regasm "D:" UltimusOC "CustomOCLib. dll"/codebase press ENTER
If the following prompt is displayed, the registration is successful.
4. Configure the organizational structure
Open start/Program/Ultimus BPM Suite 7.1/Ultimus Administrator, right-click Ultimus (Local), select properties, and disable user authentication on the system tab;
Select the organization chart tab, such as configuration, and click OK.
If you are friends who have defined the organizational structure in the Active Directory, you can directly select AD here.
Here I call our own DLL.
5. Configure the Process Design Software
Open the start/Program/Ultimus BPM Suite 7.1/Ultimus BPM Studio Configuration tool ,:
Add Storage
Storage is used to store process design data, which can be stored together with the system database or separately.
Ø select, right-click the view on the right, and select Add item. The storage adding window is displayed,
Note:
Name: storage definition name
Database Type: SQLSERVER or ORACLE
Server Name: Name or IP address of the database server that stores the process design data
Directory Name: Database Name
User: User Name for database Logon
Password: password of the database logon user
Note: multiple database storages can be set.
Add BPM Server
Ø when BPMServer is used for process release and design, select the user's server in the organization diagram.
Ø select, right-click the view on the right, and select Add item. The BPM Server specified window is displayed,
Note: You can set multiple BPM servers.
The name can be customized.
Add User
Access Permissions are used to configure users who can design the process.
Ø select, right-click, and select create user item,
Click the button to select a BPM Studio user,
Click OK. the user is added to the access permission field,
Allocate storage for BPM Studio users
Under the BPM Studio user, right-click the view on the right and select Add item. The storage adding window is displayed,
Select a storage and click OK.
Note: BPM StudioYou can specify multiple buckets.
BPM Server for BPM Studio users
Under the BPM Studio user, right-click the view on the right and select Add item. The add BPM Server window is displayed,
After configuration, as shown in:
After configuration, you can start the design process.
