Why am I not configuring environment variables?
Because there are several versions of the JDK (JRE) installed on my computer, the environment variable scope of the system is all software if the environment variable is configured. It's not for my needs.
If you are a beginner, there is only one development environment under Windows, you can set environment variables so that you can open http://localhost:8080 with Tomcat's bin startup command to see the Tomcat interface.
