2, because the previous installation using the default installation path, C:\Program Files\mongodb, must manually go to the C drive to find this file and delete it

1, installation, there is a default installation and, custom installation, after installation to the root directory to create the Data\db,data\log folder

If the default is installed on the C drive, C:\Program Files\mongodb, you must create the following folder in the C drive in C:\data\db, C:\data\log

If the custom installation is on the D drive, you must create the following folder on the D drive D:\data\db, D:\data\log
