Through the previous experiment we learned that by configuring VLANs, the terminals under different VLANs could not communicate with each other, but if you wanted to communicate between different VLANs, you would need to configure inter-VLAN routing

Layer three switches have the capability of the network layer and can be forwarded via the routing function

Network environment

1 set the IP address and gateway of the terminal (192.168.1.1 and 192.168.2.1, respectively).

2 VLAN is configured under Layer two switches and ports are added to the VLAN

3 The F0/1 port of the three-layer switch on the two-layer switch is set to trunk mode

Configure the Vlan2, VLAN3, and the VLAN interface to configure IP addresses for the respective gateway addresses under layer 43 switches

5 The point is, after the three-layer switch sets the VLAN interface address, start configuring the route, in the format "IP route destination IP mask Hop IP"

6 validation action, ping on PC3
