One, connect the remote computer

1, because my computer is Win7 system, so here take Win7 as an example, other Windows system is similar, first open the Start menu bar, locate the Remote Desktop Connection under Windows Accessories

Or use a common method, use the shortcut key Win+r, and then enter MSTSC in the Run box to bring up the Remote Desktop Connection

2, enter the computer name and user name under the General menu bar, if you need to do some file operation on remote computer and local computer, such as copy, Cut, can continue to click on local resources.

3. Click Details to select a local disk to share

4. Enter the Remote Desktop password to log on to the remote computer

Ii. installation of IIS

1. Open the Start menu bar on the Remote Desktop, locate the Control Panel, and locate the system and security in the Control Panel.

2. Locate the management tool and click Server Manager under Administrative Tools.

3. Click Add role in the role under Server Manager, click Next to enter the role selection

4. After selecting the Web server (IIS) entry, go to the Select role service phase

5, role services can according to the needs of their own needs to choose (I am here to select All), click on the next step will be happy to install.

After a long wait, it will tell us that the installation was successful.

Third, add or remove IIS role services

Sometimes when we install IIS, the role services we choose may not be able to meet the needs later, or some role services are not required, and we need to add or remove the IIS role services, as an example

1, under the role of Server Manager to find IIS, click on the right side of the Add role services and remove role services, we choose to add role services

2. After entering we can see the role services we have installed and the role services that are not installed, we can choose the appropriate role services we need to install

Still after a long wait, we can see the installation is successful

Iv. adding Web sites on IIS

1, before installing the site, we need to determine whether the ASPX module is successfully installed, locate IIS Manager under Administrative Tools, locate the application pool under IIS Manager, and right-click to select Add Application pool to pop up the relevant popup box

We see versions 2.0 and 4.0 in the. NET Framework Version

In managed pipeline mode we see both integrated and classic modes, which indicates that the ASPX module has been successfully installed

2, add a website, we create a new folder on a disk, used as the physical path of all sites, we named Www_root

We then create a new folder in this directory, which is used as the physical path to the domain name to be added (this is because one IIS we may need to add multiple domain names, that is, several sites share a single server)

3. Add an application pool. Open IIS, right-click application pool, select Add Application pool, fill in name,. NET Frameworks version Select 4.0, managed pipeline mode Select Integrated mode

4. Add a website. Select Web site under IIS, right click to select Add website, set site, fill in the site name, physical path Select the physical path of the newly created domain name, IP Select All Unassigned, host name needs to add domain name, after setting up click OK.
