Translation

Compare two versions: version1 and version2. If version1 is greater than version2, 1 is returned. If version1 is less than version2,-1 is returned. Otherwise, 0 is returned. You can assume that the version number string is not empty and only contains numbers and "." characters. The "." character is used to separate numeric sequences instead of decimal vertices.
