Leetcode "Remove Element" Python implementation

title :

Given an array and a value, remove all instances of that value in place and return the new length.

The order of elements can be changed. It doesn ' t matter what are you leave beyond the new length.

Ideas :

order facilitates array elements; When a value equals Elem, the trailing element is exchanged; The pointer position of the trailing interchange element is maintained throughout the process
