Lei Ke (netcore) NW938 wireless Router Connection Internet access method

1, Login to the Settings page

Intelligent configuration Selection in the NW938 router: no need

Warm tips:

Lei Ke NW938 in the intelligent configuration, "Network access type" sometimes will identify inaccurate, resulting in the setting after the problem of not accessing the Internet. So, select "Do not need" here, then set up the Lei Ke NW938 router to connect the Internet manually.

2, wireless network switch settings

Click on the "wireless network switch"--> select "Wireless on", as shown in the following figure

3. Set up NW938 router to surf the internet

Click on "Internet", then you will see the "Network Access type" page, under this page: PPPoE users, dynamic IP users, static IP user 3 options, as shown in the following figure.

"Network access Type" has: PPPoE user, dynamic IP user, static IP user 3 options

Important NOTE:

The "Network access type" actually refers to the type of broadband service the user handles, but many users do not know what kind of broadband business they are dealing with. Therefore, below teaches everybody to judge oneself handles the broadband service type.

(1), PPPoE user

PPPoE user refers to: broadband operators to provide a broadband account, broadband password to you, when not using the router, the computer needs to use a "broadband connection" (or similar dialer), fill in the broadband account, password for dial-up Internet.

Then, the "Network access type" should be selected: PPPoE user--> "online account" to fill out broadband operators provide: Broadband account--> "Internet password" to fill in broadband operators provide: broadband password

Have broadband account, broadband password is, network connection type choice: PPPoE user

Warm tip: Broadband account, broadband password by your broadband operators to provide, here must fill in the correct broadband account, broadband password, if the broadband account, broadband password fill error, it is not able to access the Internet.

(2), dynamic IP user

Dynamic IP user refers to: In the absence of a router, the broadband network cable connected to the computer directly to the Internet.

At this point, the "Network access type" should be selected: Dynamic IP user

(3), static IP user

Static IP user refers to: The broadband operator will provide a static IP address, subnet mask, gateway, DNS address to the user, and when not using the router, in the computer local connection (Ethernet), fill in these static IP address information, and then the computer can be online.

At this point, the "Network access type" should be selected: static IP user--> then need to sequentially fill in the broadband operator provided "WAN IP address", "Subnet mask", "Default gateway", "Preferred DNS", "Alternate DNS"

4, Wireless settings

Set the wireless name (SSID), connect password--> and click "Save" with the lower corner.

Note the problem:

(1), "Wireless network Identification (SSID)" is the wireless network name (wifi name), recommended to use letters, numbers set, do not use Chinese characters.

(2), where the "password" refers to the wireless network (wifi) password, it is recommended to use a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters + numbers + symbols to set, and password length must not be less than 8 bits.
