Q: When using Adobe Reader 7.0 or Adobe Reader 8.1 to read PDF books, it is not convenient to easily record the books and locations you read last time for the next restoration. How can I enable Adobe Reader 7.0 or Adobe Reader 8.1 to remember the last reading position?

A: In 8.1, edit --> preference --> document --> restore the previous view setting when you reopen the document.

A: You only need to set it as follows. Click "Edit → Preferences" to open the "Preferences" dialog box. In the left-side pane, click the "Startup" tab, select "all files" from the "Reopen documents to last viewed page" drop-down menu and click "OK ".
