"Agile individuals" I believe you have heard of it more or less. I came into contact with agility from the beginning of the year. At that time, I accidentally browsed others' blogs. I felt good, then start to follow. Afterwards, I also participated in several weekly online discussion activities, in the form of YY Voice online. The content started from the steering wheel of my own life, to set your own personal goals (one year, three years, and five years, excluding ten years, ten years is a little too long and not very good at prediction), I will share with my friends the time management tools, practice and summarize personal work efficiency in person, and then to small details of work and life, such as organizing your work space (desk, computer system, personal mail, e-books) learn to be grateful, get feedback from others, etc. With the many times shared by netizens and their own hands-on practices, my life has been enriched and I have a lot of motivation.
The effect of online agile discussion is that more netizens pay attention to it, work together, discuss more, and share more. Then, netizens started offline agile personal activities. Unfortunately, I missed several offline activities due to my participation in PMP pre-exam training and driver's license training, the topic of offline sharing yesterday is "Know Yourself". I think I should start from here. In the new year, we must make ourselves truly agile, as "Happiness, efficiency, and balance" advocated in the agile declaration ".
Next, I will summarize and organize my New Year Plan and draw on the "three stories" to drive my year.
- Story 1: certified architect
- Story 2: Practice agile individuals improve their work efficiency by reading, living (family, friends, social networking), and working.
- Story 3: cultivating children's ability to focus and speak
Recently, we have developed our New Year Plan around these three stories, but we still need to use the SMART principle to further refine and modify them.
