Let Flash animation "flash" in the PPT

One use Shockwave Flash Object Control method

1. Run PowerPoint 2000 and switch to the slide where you want to insert the Flash animation.

2. The Control Toolbox appears (Figure 1) by clicking the View menu, clicking Toolbars in the pop-up Drop-down menu, and clicking the Control Toolbox in the Pop-up submenu.

3. Click Other controls in the Control Toolbox (the last button in the toolbox, which is in the box above), pops up the ActiveX control window, which lists all the ActiveX controls that the system has installed. Using the cursor control key on the keyboard, locate the "Shockwave Flash Object" in the list of controls and click, and the control window will close automatically.

4. Move the cursor to the editing area of PowerPoint, the cursor becomes "ten", press the mouse and drag, draw the appropriate size of the rectangular box, which is the area where the animation is played.

5. Right-click the Rectangle box, click Properties on the shortcut menu that appears, and the Properties window appears (Figure 2).

6. Click the Custom column in the Properties window, and a button appears at the right end of the column (in the diagram above, with a circle-determined portion). Click the button, appear in the Property Pages window, and enter the full path of the My files Flash animation in the text box to the right of movie url[m (if the Flash animation is in the same directory as the PowerPoint file, you can enter only the Flash animation file name) and must have the suffix name " . swf ". Other projects take the system default (Figure 3), and finally press "OK" to return to PowerPoint.

7. Show the slide, and the picture you're looking for appears.

Tips

1. The use of this method is premised on the need for a "Shockwave Flash Object" control in the system. Don't worry about this, this control is installed on most machines.

2. You can also open the Properties window by double-clicking the rectangular box in step 5.

3. You can also enter the path of the Flash animation (Figure 4) In the text box to the right of the "Movie" column of the Properties window without the customization of step 6.

4. The size of the set rectangle is the size of the animation window during the show, but its size can be changed arbitrarily by dragging the handle of the rectangular box. Flash animation playback, the mouse in the Flash Play window, response to flash mouse events; in the Flash playback window, respond to PowerPoint's mouse events.

Two-Insert Object method

1. Run PowerPoint 2000 and switch to the slide where you want to insert the Flash animation.

2. Click the Insert menu and click Object in the Drop-down menu that pops up. The Insert Object dialog box pops up, select created by file, click Browse, locate my files in My Documents in the Browse dialog box that appears, and double-click, and the path of the Flash animation appears in the In the text box in the Insert Object dialog box (Figure 5), and then click OK to return to PowerPoint.

3. At this time, on the slide there is a Flash animation icon, the size and location of the icon, you can change according to need. Right-click the icon and click Action Settings on the pop-up shortcut menu to appear in the Action Settings dialog box.

4. The way to activate an object can be either "mouse click" or "Mouse movement", this example uses the system default "mouse click". Then select object Actions in the Click tab, and then click OK to finish activating the animation settings and return to PowerPoint.

5. Show the slide, when the mouse clicks the Flash animation icon, a query box appears, click "Yes", the system will call the Flash program to play the animation.

Three inserts the Hyperlink method

1. Run PowerPoint 2000 and switch to the slide where you want to insert the Flash animation.

2. Create any object in it (such as a paragraph of text, a picture, etc.). Select the object, click the Insert menu, click Hyperlink in the Pop-up Drop-down menu (the above can also be changed to right click the object, click ' Hyperlink ' from the shortcut menu that pops up and the Insert Hyperlink dialog box pops up and the system defaults to the upper left of the dialog box. 3. Show the slide, when the mouse clicks the Hyperlink object, a Query box appears, click OK, and the Flash program is invoked to play the animation.

Four Action setting method

1. Run PowerPoint 2000 and switch to the slide where you want to insert the Flash animation.

2. Create any object in it (such as a paragraph of text, a picture, etc.). Right-click the object and click Action Settings on the pop-up shortcut menu to appear in the Action Settings dialog box.
