Let Word and WPS help you to easily handle user information

Often write manuscripts of friends have such experience, each time in the end of the manuscript to enter their own personal data, some friends to take to other manuscripts copy method, but always feel is not very convenient, in fact, through the following two steps you can once and for all.

First, implement in Word

1. Create a new Word document and enter your user profile. Select all the text, press the "ALT+F3" key combination, the "Create AutoText" dialog box will be displayed, the AutoText entry will be named "My Material", press the OK button.

2. Right-click the toolbar, select the Customize command, select the Commands tab, find AutoText in categories, and drag the My Info button from the right window to the toolbar, as shown in the figure.

At this point, open any document, move the cursor to where you want to insert the user data, click the "My Info" button in the toolbar, and you will see that your name and other personal information are already in the article.

Second, in the WPS implementation

"AutoText" is not provided in WPS, but we can easily implement this function through the "symbol library", let's take this operation in WPS 2003 as an example to explain the steps of the operation:

1. Create a new blank document.

2. Right-click the toolbar and open the symbol Library command. Click the No Border tool in the multiline type category, where the mouse changes to a "+" shape, draw the graphic in the document, and double-click to edit the user's data.

3. After editing the user data, drag the graphic into the category tool for multiline text (or drag it into other classification tools or custom classification Tools). The Add Symbol cell dialog box pops up, enter my information in the Name box, and the descriptive information can be entered or not filled in by pasting.

At this point in the "Multiline text" category tool to the end of a user-defined graphical symbols tool, click it can easily enter user information.

Small series tips: Without the help of the "no border" tool, you can also select multiple lines of text user information to be made into a symbol unit, but "paste" after the user information will be lost segmented mark, into a paragraph of text, users can be used in accordance with their actual needs to customize.
