Change the Word document into a tabular form, click "Insert", select "form", and click "Text to form" in the Drop-down menu;

Set "Number of columns" to "1", other characters set to "," is the separator between the names, click OK;

Select the form after the table is generated, click "Layout", and choose "Sort";

In the Sort dialog box, select type for stroke, in ascending order, click OK;

The strokes are sorted by last name, and then the table is converted to text;

Click "Convert to Text" in "Layout";

In the Convert Table to Text dialog box, select other characters, fill in ",", click OK;

A document without a table is present at this time;

Click "Replace" on the right side of "start", because the symbol bit "^p" of the line break, so fill in the "^p" in the Find content, replace with ",", click Replace All;

The list is arranged according to the surname strokes.
