Microsoft robotics Studio 1.0 is released. Microsoft robotics studio is a development environment that uses Micrsoft Visual Programming Language (VPL) for Robot programming. There may not be many people familiar with robot programming, there will be fewer people with robots .. so let's start with robot programming to see what VPL looks like:
Is a simple VPLProgramIt looks like a flowchart, but VPL is programmed by dragging and dropping these boxes and setting the input and output of each box... real enough visualization .. the following program is a number program, which can be read from one to ten and passed through TTS ....CodeIs it easy ?~ (Laugh ).
VPL's development environment already has many built-in activities, including basic process activities and service activities that control complex robot behaviors. Of course, you can also customize your own avtivity.
I don't know if Microsoft has other ideas in designing VPL, except for programming robots. Now I just think VPL is very interesting. It would be even more fun if robots are available.
The VPL Runtime is A. Net hosting environment. The current IDE is written in WPF, so you have to install. NET Framework 3.0 ~
