Let's talk about the Web 3.0 I designed and the road map to enrich programmers.

Web 1.0 is the content published by a website to users. All content is produced by the website, and the content is copyrighted by the website.
Representative websites include news websites (SINA and Sohu) and video websites (Tudou and Youku)
Web 2.0 is user-generated content (UGC). The content is copyrighted by the website.
Representative websites include Renren, Baidu, Sina Weibo, etc.

So what is Web 3.0? I conceived the Guidelines for my web3.0 website.
Web 3.0 is the user-generated content and user-owned content (UOC.
The major difference between Web 3.0 and Web 2.0 is that. Web 3.0 websites break the imbalance between user and website benefits.

The following describes the basic principles of Web 3.0.

1. All shares of the website are divided into three parts: 1/3 for user shares, 1/3 for employee shares, and 1/3 for venture capital shares.
2. the user determines the proportion of user shares based on their points. If all user points are 10 thousand points and your points are 1000 points, the proportion of shares is 3.3%.
3. users' shares cannot be realized before the company is acquired or listed as a whole, but they can be divided into advertising revenue by 1/3.
4. A part of the website can be rented to users as cloud facilities, and users can pay by shares.
5. Website management and production personnel (including programmers, designers, and market personnel) occupy 1/3 of employee shares.
6. employee shares cannot be realized before the company is acquired or listed as a whole, but can participate in the revenue share of advertising, with a ratio of 1/3.
7. Employees are not allowed to rent website facilities, but are entitled to implant their own applications on the website (similar to external websites)
8. Before the company is acquired or listed as a whole, the share of venture capital cannot exceed 1/3
9. Whether the product is acquired or listed is determined by the vote of users, employees, and venture capital.

The Web 3.0 blueprint I designed can create more job opportunities for programmers and designers and avoid the phenomenon of website store bullying. At the same time, it can greatly increase the hit rate of venture capital.
In the Web 3.0 era, users have the opportunity to become God in the true sense.

The coding of the first website that follows the Web 3.0 principle is nearing completion. We hope to launch this product during the Spring Festival.
