Recently, I believe that Baidu people, including all those who care about Baidu and love Baidu, are more or less worried about Baidu. I will ask Baidu: what is the problem?
We are also thinking about this issue.

We have realized that, in a series of events earlier, we were not mature in terms of the details of the handling method; we did not fully assess the expectations of the outside world; competitors are not well prepared to take advantage of Baidu.

But more importantly, we have not given our colleagues a clearer understanding of what kind of era we are in.

What kind of times are we in?

When we are happy to enjoy the loose culture of having to wear slippers and go to work, and the stock price is high to everyone's pride, we should not forget, baidu will never go bankrupt for less than 30 days!

We are in a Global Era. We are in the industry with the most unpredictable changes, technological changes, and the relentless flow of capital. Consumers are unstable in the face of increasingly diversified choices, let our young company be dry all day long.

Frankly speaking, we are more worried about the loss of Baidu's brand since the first anniversary of its listing than the concerns caused by many events during this period, some kind of belief that the endless desires of international companies, like those in the "capitalist State-Owned Enterprises", are breeding. These are our deep worries.

Therefore, while reviewing the improper handling of a series of cases, we should remind every Baidu colleague more seriously that the danger we face is far from the harm of the brand.

If we cannot maintain the enterprising entrepreneurial mentality that Baidu can break through over the past five years, Baidu will no longer have its competitive advantages.

We must always remind ourselves that, in such an age of uncertainty, we are still a small company with lofty ideals. We need to devote all our energy to improving our core technologies and creating products with better user experience! We must act faster than others, and we must put an end to all forms of waste to survive.

No company promises never to make mistakes. We will never make adjustments to our organizational structure; but we are willing to promise to allow our colleagues to make mistakes in order to create better products and services; we promise to do our best to allow every colleague to exercise in his position and grow much faster than their peers.

We hope that everyone will have an iron rice bowl, but it is not a bowl that can eat forever in a place, but a bowl that can find the ability to eat food for life!

Baidu is only 30 days away from bankruptcy. It makes us stronger and more brave to fight together, so that we can never come that day, so that we can still say to our children when we get old: "There is a problem, Baidu ".
