Libclntsh. so.11.1 active, libclntsh. so.11.1

Problem of applying a database patch on a database host with OGG deployed $ ORACLE_HOME/lib/libclntsh. so.11.1 active

The following error message is displayed:

It is strange that db instance and db listener are disabled in advance.

Fuser and lsof are playing below:

Originally, the ggsci program was still accessing libclntsh. so.11.1. In fact, the ogg process was stopped, but ggsci did not exit. Exit ggsci. Then re-opatch apply!
