Among the new members, Movial, which is good at creating a rich and intuitive Internet experience, announced its open-source technology on Monday, developers can use this technology to build a Linux mobile phone user interface based on browser plug-ins faster and more conveniently, the browser D-Bus bridge technology allows developers to build high-speed plug-ins that integrate mobile phone functions faster, such as IM and audio. Movial plans to release new technology code within 90 days.

The LiMo Foundation also announced that seven more Linux commercialized Mobile phones have been added, including Motorola, NEC, and Panasonic, and the new mobile phones use the LiMo Platform. It can be used in the European and Japanese markets. Currently, there are 21 mobile phones based on the LiMo Platform.

The LiMo Foundation has developed a Linux-based mobile phone platform. in addition to its use in China, more and more users around the world prefer this platform. Google built its Android mobile operating system using Linux. because Android is not part of the LiMo Platform, the two platforms are not compatible.
