Linux Application Server SETUP manual-weblogic Installation

Some time ago, due to project requirements, we set up a server on redhat Linux, and selected webLogic10.3.6 as the web server. Now we have sorted out the installation process for reference in later project environment construction.

I. Installation Tool preparation

1. SSH tool: SecureCRT 7.3 or Xmanager Enterprise 5

2. FTP file transmission tool: FileZilla Client

3. webLogic installation media: wlsXXXX_generic.jar

2. Create user groups and users

1. Create a user group: groupadd user group name

2. Create a user: useradd-g user group name Username

3. Create a User Password: passwd User Name

3. Upload the installation media

 

Use the Ftp tool to upload the installation media to the specified directory of the system, and grant permissions to the directory and files for users to operate on the directory.

4. Install WebLogic

1. Switch the user to the weblogic user, Enter the WebLogic installation media storage path, and run the command to execute the file. After the file is loaded, start installation. Enter next and press Enter)

2. Specify the installation path: Enter the Enter command, Enter the path you specified, and press Enter. It is recommended that you do not modify the installation path. Use the default installation path of the system and Enter next directly.

3. In this step, specify whether to register a security update. Here, select no security update. the operation method is as follows: 1), enter 3, press enter 2), enter no, and press Enter 3), enter yes and press ENTER 4), enter next and press ENTER

4. Select the installation type: Typical installation and custom installation. To make the installation simple and quick, select the default typical installation and press Enter next.

5. Select JDK version: select the installed JDK, that is,/usr/lib/jvm/java-XXX-openJDK-XXX. Enter next and press Enter.

6. Select the service type: webLogic service and Oracle cluster service. Select 1 here and press Enter.

7. List the webLogic components to be installed. Press enter to start installation.
