Recently learning Linux, to avoid some commands to forget, so here to record:

Linux file list traversal

LS-A lists all the files and folders including the hidden
Ls-l listing the details of the file directory


History View Historical Commands
Ctrl+r search for commands that have been executed in the past

Firefox foreground run
Firefox & background Run
Jobs view the currently running job
PS View the current system's event PID. Then you can kill the PID
FG Number (command ordinal) is set to foreground program
BG Number (command ordinal) set to background program
CTRL + C STOP program
CTRL + Z Pause program

Cd. Return to current directory
Cd.. /Return to Parent directory
CD/Return root directory

Sudo.. Execute commands that require Administrator privileges
passwd Change Password
CP Replication
MV Move
