Linux CentOS system lets tomcat run in service mode __linux

1. Create a new file in the/ETC/INIT.D directory named Tomcat
2. The tomcat file is edited and executed

# cd/etc/init.d/

# VI Tomcat

Glue the following code up

#!/bin/bash

# DESCRIPTION:TOMCAT7 Start Stop Restart

# PROCESSNAME:TOMCAT7

# chkconfig:234 20 80

java_home=/usr/java/jdk1.7.0_67

Export Java_home

Path= $JAVA _home/bin: $PATH

Export PATH

Catalina_home=/usr/local/tomcat

SH $CATALINA _home/bin/startup.sh

Stop

SH $CATALINA _home/bin/shutdown.sh

SH $CATALINA _home/bin/shutdown.sh

3. Press ESC to exit and #:wq
4. Set Tomcat file properties, change Tomcat to a running file, command reference to the following

#chmod a+x Tomcat

5. Set Service Run Level

#chkconfig--add Tomcat

6. The service was added successfully

Then use the Chkconfig--list to see the custom service in the list of services.

# chkconfig--list

7. Test

Service Tomcat Start

Service Tomcat Stop

Service Tomcat Restart

Service Tomcat Status
