Execution permission: All Users

Location:/bin/grep

Syntax: grep [options] pattern [file...]

Function: Search for string-matched rows in the file and Output

Option: invE

-N: Output row number

Grep-n "csdn" regex.txt matches the line containing csdn and outputs the row number

-I case-insensitive

Grep-I "csdn" regex.txt matches the rows containing csdn (case-insensitive) and outputs the row number

-V reverse matching

Grep-v "csdn" regex.txt reverse matching, that is, matching rows without csdn

-E supports extended regular expressions.

Grep-E "(AB) +" regex.txt match (AB) + extended regular expression, that is, AB, abab, ababab ......
