init command level:

0: Downtime
1: Single-user form, only root for maintenance
2: Multi-user, cannot use net file system
3: Full Multi-user
5: Graphical
4: Safe Mode
6: Restart

To modify the computer name:

VI  /etc/sysconfig/network

Set static IP

Using the root User:

Vi/etcip/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth0

Open is this:

Modified to:

Onboot=yes

Bootproto=static

Add the following configurations:

ipaddr=192.168.11.200

netmask=255.255.255.0

gateway=192.168.11.2
