Linux compilation cannot find the APR problem solution

Linux uses Apr when compiling in many places
If you can't find the APR, you'll get an error.

The Apache Portable Runtime (APR) library cannot be found.
Please install APR on this system and configure Subversion
With the APPROPRIATE–WITH-APR option.
